Vision 2020

Our Vision for 2020

The Group started life in the year 2000, as a community based organisation with volunteers. The original founders remain as Directors and non-executive Directors responsible for key areas of the organisation strategy. Our focus is a future with diverse portfolio of businesses by enhancing the social enterprise business model as a means of improving the quality of our services, ensuring commercial viability and spreading the benefits of our social ambitions in the UK and Internationally.

We will continue to grow to develop current products and services. Build new business to expand portfolio through equity partnership, grants, joint venture, franchising and acquisition. SACOMA owns 100% of the shares of SACOMA Centre for Enterprise (SACOMA CFE) Limited.

SACOMA is currently emerging as an effective enterprise support agency promoting entrepreneurship among the socially and economically deprived migrant refugee and BAME communities in the UK, by fostering support and developing their key skills to allow for greater engagement within their communities. Our approach to community development has changed dramatically over the years.

We support the growth of BAME – led micro social enterprises and encourage the development of Voluntary and Community Sector activities amongst the target communities by providing enterprise development expertise to support the growth of Small to Medium enterprise (SME) into sustainable social enterprises in the UK.
