Advisers have Links and, where necessary, clients are supported in their transition between services.
Advisers are available to provide Quality Service targeted at meeting the needs of clients.
The advisers are diverse and have a range of activities to reflect the diversity of clients' needs from unemployed, to the employed and SMEs.
Are impartial and their aim is to support clients to make informed decisions based on their needs and circumstances.
Are responsive to the present and future needs of clients.
Are enabling and encourage and support clients to become independent by enabling them to access and to use mainstream services.
Are linked to Learning and Work. The SACOMA careers and guidance services are linked to our training and business start up support services to support clients to explore the implications for both learning and work and their future career plans.
